Loan Terms: Multi-use properties up to 25 yearsSpecial-use properties up to 20 years Required Escrows/Impounds: None Prepayment: Variable Rate Loans - Declining 5%-1% prepayment penalty over the first five years of the loan. No penalty after year five. Principal reductions up to 20% of the original loan amount may be prepaid annually without incurring a prepayment penalty.Five Year Interest Rate Loans - Declining 5%-1% prepayment penalty over the first five years of the loan followed by a declining 5%-1% prepayment penalty for years six through ten.
