Recently, I got the awesome opportunity to experience the last day of taping for a recent episode of Restaurant Impossible. They were in town to do a show on the Pelican Grill in Seabrook(a suburb of Houston). If you are a fan of the show, you know the premise. Robert Irvine the well known Chef goes to a restaurant in need of help and works a miracle. He makes over the Menu and gives the restaurant a make over.
