Well Happy New Year and there is a void on this platform, in case you missed it I thought I would share here.... As most of you who are in the noble profession of selling properties, I am confident you all have a Bayer Aspirin container in your medicine cabinet. I can safely say, we all have ways of dealing with the ups and downs of our Real Estate Transactions. Weltanschauung: My observations about it the second time in the past two years... Hard to believe I participated in this same contest last year. In case you are wondering why, because my friend Lynn B. Friedman from Atlanta asked me to. Well I am starting to get pulled in this year for the same reason. Needless to say, this year is busier than last year, so I am not sure I will get to the finish line… no matter what the results will be, my intensions are good.

Incident in Beverly Hills, CA: Who is your Suspect? What would your Police Department do? In case you did not watch the news or the news did not make it your part of the world, there has been a reckless driving incident in Beverly Hills, CA. Drag racing exists all over the country. The only difference in Beverly Hills, CA is when it comes to drag racing is the type of toys that are being used… they are a little pricier then others.

What I have learned hosting my first Active Rain Contest by Endre Barath, Jr. In my opinion: The first and foremost priority should be that you pick a subject which intrigues the community, if you do not, then there will be little participation. Needless to say I was wondering how the turnout would be. Clearly I had no reason to worry we started out slow but ended up with 81 entries to the contest.
