I wrote a Post the other day and told you that I had been laughing for over 1/2 an hour, which is true. And although this is long, it is a quick, no brain-er...(I hope), and sure to bring a laugh :) Think of how many times do we set-up Profiles for various Social Networking or Blogging sites?  Name, e-mail, occupation, you know the normal stuff......normal for most of us that is. What would you do if you had  Fields and choices on your Profile like these.....And people say only in America.....LOL :)

You just gotta love Active Rain......they fix one thing and another breaks.  Reminds me of a cartoon plumber.  The last couple of days (or maybe just yesterday and today) I was commenting and noticing something missing.....

Yep most of the Posts didn't have that little fruit thing we had to do before pressing submit.  Hey, I liked that....especially since I didn't always get the dang graphics right and would have to redo them anyway.  So tonight (actually it's 5 in the morning) I was on one Post and I had to do a graphic and another where there wasn't one......

fun: Real Estate for kids........Which way does the wind blow - 06/29/08 12:09 PM
The other day I was driving to San Diego with my grandkids.  I wanted to take a few pictures for my blog, and especially I wanted one of the Camp Pendelton sign.  Well, for some reason I kept going down different streets, and had no idea at all where we were.   The kids were sure we were lost.  
I didn't act lost though, and we played "Real Estate".  When we turned down a dead-end street, it became a lesson in vocabulary.  "What do you call this circle street?"  Yep a cul-de-sac.  What's the name of those white wooden window coverings..."Plantation Shutters."  And we would drive back … (16 comments)

Monday Monday....our heat wave is ending, and a nice breeze is coming through the doors.  Yes, this Monday morning is starting off just right.  The birds are singing, the coffee is brewing and I'm putting some water on the garden.  Birds love it in the morning and come swooping into and out of the Garden wetting their wings, and probably getting some of that summer heat off their little bodies. fun: Monday Morning....The Pink Big Wheel & Real Estate Gas Saving tips - 06/08/08 07:18 PM
One for the money and two for the show....grab your coffee, and let's go go go :)  Yep, it's Monday, Happy Monday again. Today I want to make sense of why gas prices are outrageous, and I want to make sense of why so many families can't afford the basic food items anymore, let alone $5 for a gallon of gas.  But I won't.....I can't or I would start my week off on a very down note.  So what I will do is be thankful for the things I've learned that will save me gas money :)

We don't have Storks in America, or at least not in my part of California, so I was ecstatic to see them every Spring when I lived in Romania. 
  Did you ever tell your child that a Stork brought the baby?

fun: Monday Morning Gifts... perfect with your coffee or anytime :) - 04/06/08 06:37 PM
Well after a weekend of Active Rain technical difficulties....the perfect way to start today would be if all our technology worked....websites, blog sites, cell phones, computers, everything :) Another thing would be to realize that even when technology breaks...life goes on.  I know, my website was down for over a week.....and hey, I'm still here, alive and well.
 
 
All of us depend on our websites, and our blogs to do what we want them to do. But when this doesn't happen,  it can be very frustrating.  My website went down 2 weeks ago, and I had no idea what to do......Here were my attempts to … (21 comments)

Oh yes it's Monday again.....and after the Easter week-end, it might be a little harder for some to get started today. It's always harder to go back to work the day after a Holiday, especially if you know you will be dealing with Problems :) But after the first few hours you can get set to enjoy your Monday Gifts, or not :)
 
I have calls to make, and couldn't do it over the week-end.  For starters my Website went down yesterday.  I was trying to do some work, and went to the Admin Section of my site........it wouldn't let me in.  … (22 comments)

Good Morning....or should I say " Top o' the Mornin 'to ya "....yep, today is  St. Patrick's Day.  No, it wasn't over the week-end...it is always on March 17th, which is today :)  So today's Monday Gifts will be GREEN in honor of this fun Irish Holiday.
