FINDING A NEW HOME FOR THE NEXT STATE OF YOUR LIFE... ... DOES YOUR HOME STILL FIT YOUR CURRENT STAGE OF LIFE?

Mortgage rates for 30-year mortgages dropped to a historic low of 2.65% in the first week of 2021! This is a 50-year low, since Freddie Mac started tracking rates in 1971.
There couldn't be a better time to purchase a home and lock in these amazingly low rates for years, if not decades, to come. Meantime, keep in mind that while rates are at historic lows, the extreme lack of inventory coupled with increasing buyer demand are pushing home prices upward. Buyer demand for homes, nationwide and in the Charlotte metro market, remains high (20 comments)
