It's hard to determine a trend from Southampton home sale prices in Quarter 2-2023, as only one home sold or to compare it to sales one year or one quarter ago. What is obvious is that inventory is exceedingly tight in a neighborhood with some 418 homes.

Southampton's home prices increased in Quarter 1-2023 compared with the previous three quarters. The list to sale price ratio was flat and was over 100%. With just four properties sold in the first quarter, inventory remained tight and resulted in just four days on market in Quarter 1-2023.

Southampton's home price increases "normalized" in 2022, but while average days on market increased, home still sold quickly in an average of just 10 days. The list to sell price ratio was just under 100%. In Quarter 4-2022, the average days on market dropped by one day to nine days and the list to sale price ratio also dropped by 0.59%. Inventory remained tight in Southampton throughout 2022.
