While reading Dick Greenberg's featured story this morning about his first listing - which I highly recommend everyone read, I was intrigued by the comments, especially by Kathryn Acciari  who acknowledged that Dick "took the high road," which I agreed with because it made him a better man and more prosperous in his own business. Dick called it karma.
