Who could imagine while working on the hot and dirty rooftop of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® in Dallas, something as great as witnessing and joining in a salute to the Blue Angels could be possible? Brian Johannes and Tim Barton of MetroTex took this amazing video of the flyover Dallas by the Blue Angeles. As they flew over the skies of Flower Mound at 11:00 a.m. before flying to Dallas, I couldn't have been prouder.

Here is a summary of the Market for North Texas for November 2016. Buyers who went under contract in October 2016 and closed in November hit the jackpot when it comes to low-interest rates. We may not see that again in a while. November 2016 to November 2015 sales increased by 39.1%. Comparing October 2016 to November 2016 the market saw the following:
 
78,080 Active Listings - 3% decrease 7,877 Sold - 26% increase Median Sales Price -15% increase Average Sales Price - 12 increase Days on the Market - 44 days
