structure: When "Remodeled" Isn't Remodeled - 08/25/19 05:38 AM
 
 
By Webster's definition, the word "Remodel" means: "change the structure or form of (something, especially a building). Unfortunately, there is an MLS listing providing property description of a home being remodeled, when it fact it is not a remodel because the construction of the structure hasn't changed at all. It is the same floor plan it was since the home was built in 1991.
 
For example, a listing, now pending states the following information which is inaccurate because the construction of the structure is the same and everything listed is only a replacement and/or an original product refinished or has fresh coats of … (39 comments)
