As some of you have already seen from some of our previous posts in December and earlier this month, we "see" aerial photography using drones becoming exponentially more important in marketing listings (attracting the attention of potential buyers) and in securing listings (many sellers are "demanding" this marketing enhancement).

drone: To Drone Or Not To Drone...That Is The Question... - 07/23/16 05:21 AM

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drones) are becoming / have become the next "big thing".
 
In my opinion, they have their uses in real estate listings if you are dealing with significant parcels of land, with or without a home on the land.
 
Does it really help sell a home with aerial views that the Buyer will NEVER be able to see from the home, unless they buy a helicopter to go with it?
 
Personally, I don't see the value of a drone shot of a home sitting in a subdivision - particularly if it's already visible on Google Earth!
