The most recent sales data has just been released by our First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) for Atlanta real estate - September 2009. I compared the results from September 2009 to the preceding Septembers back to September 2005 to develop a trend chart to see where the Atlanta real estate market is going. Sales in September 2009 as compared to September 2005 are 2020 less. That is sobering news, but something that buyers and sellers need to understand. This post is for single family detached Atlanta homes for sale.

Atlanta Homes and Real Estate Trends for September 2008 - Atlanta Single Family Detached Homes Sold. The Atlanta First Multiple Listing Service just published the most recent statistics for Atlanta real estate today Wednesday October 22, 2008. It really tells us nothing we did not know, but there are some trends that must be paid attention to if you are buying a home in Atlanta or selling a home.
