I had the pleasure to represent the buyers on 7100 Vallecito Drive. They were looking for a home located in the RRISD and this home was a perfect fit. We looked at several homes..lost a few because the market inventory is low and other buyers made offers instantaneously.
We learned and made sure we viewed this new listing as soon as we could get there (only to find a line of others waiting to get in).
