There are so many ways to run a business of that you can be sure. Anyone who is in business should have the mindset of applying the following dynamics constantly: Better, Faster & Cheaper keeps everything running at optimum and of course results will follow. WHY KEEP BUSINESS WAITING?

I could never understand why there would be a line outside a business waiting for it to open? Here is a chance for management to generate word of mouth by opening the doors early and letting shoppers in stating just that. We are opening earlier so as not to keep you waiting....wow...Think of the BUZZ from that

WHAT...A PERSON...ANSWERING THE PHONE?

How about answering the phone direct. When this comes back in full fashion, the economy will show it too. People do not like being kept waiting, entertained by music or advertising and having to spend money or require services this way. Anyone who can cut through all this will reap the rewards from people who appreciate it. Last I heard it was in the millions

WHAT DO I GET IF I PURCHASE?

On charging for services rendered, one must remember to be competitive and if not, you must be able to explain why. Compare this thinking to an over-priced home. We want to know WHY you are asking for more money. If it is greed, well has-ta la bye bye takes place. If it is because there are EXTRAS, well lets take a look. People want to pay for something that is worth being paid for

MAKING OR LOSING...GOOD SCOREKEEPER

Results are a funny thing. RESULTS DON'T LIE and yet there are people that would argue that. Lack of RESULTS DON'T LIE either and people argue that too. If you are in business and you are monitoring it, then every "quarter" you check to see how your profit & loss is going. That is how you keep score ultimately.

CHECK..DOUBLE CHECK...

Too many people go into a opportunity with fixed ideas and mechanical methods. A business while it is not a living entity hobnobs with living entities and must deliver in the end. If you are not getting the results from your efforts, then a revisiting of your business plan, its model and its action dynamics needs to be addressed..

HELLO MAY I HELP YOU...?

Lastly and very much worth mentioning is ATTITUDE toward the business, its people both inside and out and how you interact with it all. If you are being bothered by the push and the pull of normal business dynamics, then you may need an attitude adjustment...or at the very least...some balance to your approach.

The best score of all...is SUCCESS...How to get to it remains your choice
