The Good:
The location of the University Heights Condos is good if you are teaching at or attending the University of Utah or if you want to be reasonably close to downtown without paying too much for a condo. The price is unusually low for the area. Odds are that you will not be able to find a place to rent cheaper than what it would cost to buy one of these. 
The Bad:
The University Heights Condos have a few serious downsides. No laundry hookups. I hate not having laundry in the unit. Also, the parking situation is not good. Some of the units get one spot in the garage, the others have to park in the lot. The condition of the building is not great, either. For the price you pay at the University Heights Condos, what can you expect?
