It is not taking a person and using them for all its worth...LOL. Ease of use or user friendly is a good subject for anything really. When I engage something, I expect it to be as represented. It should compliment and enhance whatever it is
ITS ABOUT THEM NOT YOU
People who offer professional services are included in this too. If you are offering professional services, everything being offered should be about the consumer and their wants and needs and it should be a pleasure to interact or exchange time or money while receiving your services
THEY ARE THINKING THIS
Whats in it for me is always going through the consumer or clients mindset. Our ads, marketing and product offering are all based on just that. We are selling something to someone else and it should be all about them in regards to the part we play or offer. If I give, what do I get?
YOU WANT TO MAKE THE BUDGET
Charging for our services is the next step. Reasonably priced services guarantee business and also a comeback experience assuming that your product or service is as represented. Pricing it right means people will budget this in if it pleases them
WATCH THIS ANTI-EASE OF USE DYNAMIC
Waiting in lines or to have something delivered that takes too long interferes with the end receiver getting to the enjoyment stage of the product or service. I like to know that when I want something, I can have right away or within reason or as agreed to
I have surrounded myself with ease of use products and services that continue to be user friendly. Here are a few items that "work" for me constantly and without fail. Enjoy the humor too
1. My Norelco shaver is one of the best on the market. It offsets the chore of having to shave quite nicely and is worth every penny. I watched them over the years get to this point too
2. My Honda CRV is one of the best cars out there for performance, gas mileage, comfort, handling, parking, traveling and much more...well done here and I am going on 200k plus miles
3. Apple Smart phone continues to amaze me with all it does which by the way is not that well known. I came across an article on what these things could really do and found many uses I did not even know about. I am going to upgrade to the latest model on their next release.
4. My wife. Now here is a good subject. Speaking of "good", I got a good one and my life is enhanced and productive because of her talents and skills. Shop wisely here and for those that have someone, any investment made gives a great return to the investor.
5. My home is set-up so that it functions to the different needs and moods of the ones living in it. We have convenience, comfort, function, pleasure and a good home and environment soothes daily. Investing in this gives long term results too
The subject of ease of use can be made into a book but for quick post purposes I just wanted to share the concept and make it....easy to use?
