I know it is, at least for me. I have hope, expectation and motivation. I spent the past two days getting my expense sheets finished for the tax year and cleaning my filing cabinets. I am ready for the beginning of the year.
I have always said "I love Mondays because you can start all over again on Mondays." The first of the year is even better. If last year did not bring you all you wanted, you have another chance to turn things around with the new year.

Everyone does. I think this last week of the year is one of the most important for any business person. Yes, lots of employees take off to spend time with their families but the entrepreneur knows this is the time for planning. Change is easier to implement at this time of year as everyone is open to change. Some people have a problem with change in any matter but with New Year's resolutions, people are more open to it. So, if you are a small business owner, (every Realtor® is) spend this week in planning and implement positive changes for your business beginning next week. Then, you will be as excited as I am!
