The Anthem Country Club real estate market remained on an even keel through May. Although prices rose dramatically. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club was up 14% over April, and up 4% versus May 2017. The average sale price increased by 26% versus April, and up 12% year over year. The price per square foot also increased 10% from April and was up 3% year over year as well. The days on market decreased 13% over April, and was down 30% year over year. The burn rate, (or homes under contract versus homes on the market) is now 4.07 month’s supply, still a buyer's market. The 12 month moving average increased, (+1%), now standing at $428,050. There are now 86 homes on the market in the Club, down 8% from April. With only 28 homes currently under contract June might well look like April and May in the Anthem Country Club real estate market.
