13 Hot Indian Land/Lancaster, SC Neighborhoods In The Charlotte Metro Area To Watch In 2019
The Indian Land/Lancaster, South Carolina area of Charlotte continues to be hot, hot, hot in terms of buyer demand for homes. 2018 closed sales showed 13 hot neighborhoods to watch in 2019. Seven of these have been on the "hottest neighborhood to watch" list since 2016. Lancaster County, where Indian Land is located, was a high demand area for home buyers in 2018. Closed sales in the County increased by 17.7% versus 2017.
Bridgemill
Originally developed by John Wieland homes, beginning in 2005, Bridgemill is now being built out by Pulte Homes, who purchased the John Wieland company a few years ago. A total of 94 homes sold in Bridgemill in 2018 at an average sale price of $455,141, with 27 of these homes new construction homes, selling at an average price of $526,088.
