Brian England and Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty  These are really easy to make right on your iPhone with the iMovie app - start a new project and use the "Trailer" mode.  You just have to fill in the blanks with short segments of video, and change the wording in between.  It's fun too.
