It happened today! While I was busy in my office the 'boys' decided to take a nap out in the family room instead of in my office. When I went out there I saw them all snuggled up together - a first! Barney is the white 15 year old Grandpa dog and Norman is the 3 year old black/white shiatsu. Barney is pretty much blind and can see only a bit out of one eye - and he's totally deaf. He was a bit grumpy with his new little brother for the first month or so, getting in and taking up his space. But finally, after 6 months they're snuggling on 'their' sofa. Previously they each had 'their' own side. Awwww.
Norman has been the best gift for Barney! The true gift of a best buddy!
Can we go to Home Depot today Mom?!!
