HELP!! Please get me out of here! The Muscular Dystrophy Association is putting me in Jail October 24th. I need you to pay my bail. All the money will go to help many kids and adults with muscle diseases by adding vital funds to MDA's research efforts. There are 43 different neuromuscular diseases covered by the MDA. These diseases affect muscle function and in many cases people suffering from these diseases utilize wheelchairs for mobility. My daughter, Sarah, struggles with Muscular Dystrophy everyday.
