usaa: Roofs and other things

As a Realtor and property manager I have maintenance. This allows me to become familiar with good contractors. I do not know if I hire the best but if I do not like them I do not hire them again. This seems to be a year of roofs. Not a happy topic.
My client found a good roofer who was willing to tackle her older homes roof for a reasonable price. I was impressed with the work and the diligence that he showed when placing the roof. There were all sorts of odd angles and a place where there were 6 layers … (0 comments)
usaa: Credit report release -- Oops I pulled it too soon

There are some people who are especially vulnerable to credit fraud. I went to pull credit on one of my prospective tenants at a luxury condo. I was sure he was going to pass. He warned me he thought he had to unfreeze his credit. but we proceeded and what I got was nothing. The credit is now unfrozen and I am probably going to have to resubmit the application and pay again. I am currently on hold to the supervisor at smartmove to try to get them to pull it again for free. I used to have to pay a property management … (3 comments)
The buyers daughter called me from an internet website. She was looking for a home for her parents to buy as an investment/home for her during college. It was very important to them that it in walking distance to the college. She had 3 friends she wanted to live with. Later I spoke to the mother.
