What effect will the new regulations have on the City of Boulder real estate will be interesting to watch.  If the council approves the ordinance on Tuesday the regulations will go into effect as early as January 4th.  Below are outlined the new guidelines:
 
A floor-area ratio of .50 based on a 7,000-square-foot lot located in the RR-1, RR-1 and RL-1 zoning districts. Floor area ratio would be set at .55 for lots located in the RMX-1 zoning district.

This past week I had the honor to be a chaperone with my daughter's 5 th grade class for Horizon K through 8 class attending Outdoor Ed. What a wonderful opportunity to experience first hand the quality education our children receive from the teachers in the Boulder Valley School District. Every day we hear another story of why can't the Banks pull their act together with REO's.  We may be the only REO listing agent in the country that believes this, but we have found working with Country Wide and now Bank Of America in the Boulder, CO; Longmont, CO; Denver, CO Markets has been a very smooth and enjoyable process.  I am not sure why this is, but my guess is everything the project plan in REO Trans Requires we already did as part of normal plan.

O.k., This blogging thing is hard.  This morning I am staring at my screen trying think of something worthwhile to write about.  Finally it hits me.  My brother and his friends visited from California this weekend and kept saying Boulder, CO is amazing compared to where they live and they would love to move here someday.  Here is a recap of their weekend and maybe some insight to why.
