Sometimes technology comes along and it disrupts how you do things. When Zillow and Trulia came on the scene it was interesting to see the "shock and awe" of real estate agents as they scrambled to figure out if the sky is falling or not. Nextdoor came on the scene as a site that seemed to be a replacement for home owner association websites and now has grown into full fledged platform. I've been specializing in Internet Leads for 6 years now. I've generated a lot of them myself but I've also tried every company under the sun. From Homegain and Househunt to RECR. Some good and some bad. Internet leads tend to have one thing in common that just perplexes me. No matter how much time I spend on the phone and through e-mail, the rapport or the bond was just never strong enough. To put it in other words, the gap was sometime to wide. I'm not really sure why. KW.com lead routing launches Nov. 1 Your leads belong to you. That's the bottom line. So, effective Nov. 1 all leads generated from KW.com will be routed directly to you, as follows: For leads that come in via KW.com - visitors will be routed to the appropriate market center's Website to search for properties.Leads on Keller Williams listings generated from individual market center Websites will be routed to the Keller Williams listing agent.
