Used to show the volatility of a market. the balance of the market will show when, health has returned foreclosures are still at an all time high, we beat the previous high in 1991 in a way thats a good sign the foreclosures will top then we can start working on the inventory the bright side is we will have lots of cheap Fl real estate to sell, LOL people still want to be here (1 comments)

Most people new to investing ask. Where do I start? That is a great question. There a tons of people to sell you tons of products to help you with this. Bob Hunter founding President of Dade REIA spent his time as a new investor on ISC pulling comps on the market he wanted to work in. The entire deal wins or loses on the buy. Unless you are willing to hold long term. You can not judge deals unless you have a good awareness of the market. In this market you have to be prepared to move smartly. There is so much (1 comments)

I am finding even a winning bid at the auction does not mean a closed sale Starting to think this is more desperate people praying upon the market to get up front cash? Thoughts? I attended an auction last week in the Midwest (got outbid of everything I wanted, LOL) Entry fee for properties were $300.00. Plus a Non-refundable $200.00 sales fee that was credit back if the property sold. These guys were state (2 comments)
