If you are a new agent...you still have to deal with seasoned agent's, who know how to write a good and legal contract.

Geeze Louise...you have got to be kidding me.  Most of the condo's in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, don't allow pet's at all.
A few allow pet's under 25 pounds, some say you can have them in your unit, but the cannot walk in the common area's so pet owner's buy little carriages … (16 comments)

In this market...let me rephrase. This market isn't as bad as the media relays!
People will buy and people will sell. Some are selling out of desperation, some are selling for other reasons.
Buyers are buying out of necessity...relocation (jobs), etc. or "just because they can".
