Good morning! I had an interesting day of work yesterday. Well, it was probably interesting on several levels, but I will focus on the work side this morning… I had two of the homes I had listed for sale come off the market without selling… That rarely happens to me. Honestly, most of my listings sell quite quickly, often the first weekend they are on the market… This wasn’t the case with these two homes. One got very few showings. The other got a whole bunch of showings, but no contract offers. Both were on the market for several months, and probably weren’t … (14 comments)

A few months back I wrote a post titled "I just became a Trulia Pro", a chronicle of my early experience on Trulia. Although I enjoyed working with Trulia and loved the extra exposure coming to me and my listings, I discontinued the Pro Status for a couple months. My budget was tight...
