Oceanside CA Beach House Video FYI, I have had this beach house on the market now for 30 days, but really only about 14 marketing days. The first problem, we had a tenant in the home, they didn't let many buyers in except on one day a week. Then we got a full price offer but this fellow realized after a week, HE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY OR CREDIT!!
