"Caveat Emptor" is so accurate!  Too many foreclosure homes have grievous issues Whether in Cary, NC or in Massachusetts.  Buyers who limit their search to foreclosures take on great risk, and often miss true bargains in the retail market. Good Post by Judy Jennings!  Worthy of Reblogging. _____...
