We are not Lenders - But what about a Self Directed Individual Retirement Account? - 09/25/08 07:55 PM
All right, we have explained again and again about what we believe to have been the downfall to the Real Estate Industry. We keep our fingers on the many pulses in and around Real Estate. But we have also been blessed with a lot of nice people on our end that are all about the educational aspect with regard to their wares. Enter Mike Meena at Augusta Financial- He is always thinking and re-thinking the Lending Arm of Real Estate. He is also a man of Honor - I know this because he has proven himself with our Clients and to (1 comments)
How to get your Offer Accepted on a Foreclosure or REO property. - 09/24/08 06:34 PM
This post is not everything you wanted to know, but let me tell you after being with the bank for some time now - There are some do's and don'ts that you might want to think about and also educate your clients in regards to. I posted an Utterz that has the meat of the story. So please check it out by clicking on the banner at the bottom of this Active Rain Post. We have been here before this REO market and will remain after (God willing - a bit of my Humble Pie Eating showing). We are not so "traditional" (3 comments)
From Hammer and Chisel to Full Automation RE: Asset Managers and REO's. - 09/24/08 04:24 AM
It has been nice getting on the beginning of this REO market and working directly with Asset Managers that have been assigned to our banks and in the handling of their properties. Paris and I have been able to develop some really strong relationships and friends forevermore. Soon, however, for any new contacts and future accounts the "automation" monster will rule every file and asset. I am anticipating that this system will be easier and less time consuming to all parties. But I will miss the personal contact and conversations that we have enjoyed in the past. I am not trying (0 comments)
Relationships are the key to REAL ESTATE in Santa Clarita and Beyond - 09/21/08 02:11 PM
If you were to ask a room full of agents if they ever thought that they would be in this just for the short term. They would most all respond that is not how they are viewing their business. But their actions dictate differently. Some REO agents have just come about due to this current market. But they are not doing everything necessary to use this springboard to keep their business growing over the years following this Foreclosure Market. So with both types of agents, those that were before the current REO market and the ones that are just being made due to (0 comments)
Adjusting to Technology - Working smarter not harder - RE/MAX and Paris911 - 09/18/08 11:42 AM
We are finally networked. Our staff all communicates via a shared folder. - The REO clients are starting to demand a paperless solution. When doing BPO's and plugging in pictures, there is nothing like having multiple monitors and the computer to drive them. A Quad video card is necessary to accomplish this feat. After you conquer that monster - Then everything else falls into place. What you cannot see in the picture is the other monitor we have facing the client. So when they are in our offices and we are going through com-parables or properties that might be of interest (1 comments)
Motion Picture Studio and Movie Industry Real Estate Option - RE/MAX and Paris911 - 09/17/08 06:43 PM
So, you work for the Motion and Picture Industry, you are working in some way, shape or form for the Movie Industry or Studios? We have you covered as well. This brain child was the result of a few of our friends that are working at the Studio's in different capacities, where we helped them buy and sell real estate at one time or another. While at some of their homes over the last couple of months, they had been telling others about what a fantastic job we did in their personal Real Estate representation, but were telling them about Paris911 (0 comments)
San Fernando Real Estate Home Value Requests finished City names followed by 911.com - 09/15/08 04:58 PM
I have finally finished this resource that is powered by those nice folks at Top Producer Systems. Danny Valdez also put this together after I had the idea. So together, we make quite a team that gives our Sellers, whether Banks and their Asset Managers, or our past clients, their referrals, or the new ones that contact us on a daily basis. We are not about having to do it now - We are about taking the time and seeing if it is the best time for you or if you should wait. So HI Pressure has no place with Paris911 (1 comments)
Asset Managers, we know what you want to give you the best protection with your ASSets! - 09/14/08 12:44 PM
Verification of occupancies within the Four Boards of Realtors that we operate within. All of this is done within 24 hours and most of the time within 12 hours of the time we have received the order. We have been working with various Asset Managers for quite some time now. We have had to adjust to this market as have some of the rest of you. We still are helping the Non-bank sellers and assisting our buyers find what they want. And we do this as a priority as this REO market will not be around forever. But we have a (0 comments)

Thanks Top Producer Systems for your Market Snapshot and Market Builder - 09/02/08 09:11 AM
What a blessing Top Producer and their products have been. I went into it kicking and screaming, but have now embraced it and started to use it to help prospective clients. So much so that if you type in any city (we actively work) followed by a 911.com you will be taken to these pages that have been built that show the Market Snapshot in its full Glory coupled with the Community and School Reports. Ventura county and Santa Clarita with the Antelope Valley have been completed. I have to continue with the cities within the San Fernando Valley. How does it (2 comments)
