Seriously, wouldn't you like to come home after a hard day at the office and enjoy the view from this rear entertainment patio located in the Coronado Hills community in San Marcos, CA?  Just look at how far you can see...and this is a daylight view...it is almost more spectacular in the evening!  That is what this community is all about - the views!

I attended a free seminar today, for members (there is a basic free membership), over at the International Social Media Association (Mari Smith is the President of this Association).  As good as this content was that was given away for free, I can't wait to look into some of their other memberships!

Hi, everyone!  With springtime comes spring cleaning...the world's next chance at wiping the slate clean and starting fresh.  It seems that realtors are doing that in full force as I have been inundated with requests for recommendations on CRM systems.  I know all the old standbys and recommend them as they fit the individual realtor; however, I have been hearing more and more about thewiseagent.com and would like to hear some personal references from people who have used the system.  I look forward to hearing your responses, thanks!

Home Loan for Foreign National in US on O1 Visa? - 03/10/10 06:28 PM
The buyer was brought over here by the U.S. government to work for one specific company because he had unique skills / abilities that no one here had and he has a 01 Visa (lets him work for this one company - if he gets fired before his permanent green card comes through I guess he has to go back to the UK), he has good credit in the UK - but no credit to speak of here in the US.  He has had 3 mortages over there.  He has "permanent employment" status with his company and is only a few … (2 comments)

Boat For Sale - 2003 - 26' Eliminator Eagle Open Bow with XR Drive - 03/03/10 03:26 PM
This is our baby and we hate to see her go, but we want a new one this season, so I am trying to find her a new home ASAP! 

2003 Eliminator 260 Eagle - open bow, 496 HO mag with XR Drive and hydraulic steering, custom stereo with billet speaker covers, 180 hours on boat. Excellent shape, boat lived its life in a very nice storage unit in Lake Havasu, AZ until we just recently brought it home. Never in salt water - serviced regularly.
