Push Through the Pain to Achieve Your Full Potential

"The man who can drive himself further

once the effort gets painful

is the man who will win."

Roger Bannister, English Olympic athlete, runner

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Pushing through the pain is the difference between becoming a person who achieves and a person who is average.

People who achieve are those people who push through difficulties and are willing to apply an extra effort.

Pushing through the pain is being a positive thinker when those around you are negative. It's having confidence in yourself and the belief that we can push through any difficulty we encounter.

The key is to maintain a positive attitude and spirit during the difficult times. This allows us to see the solutions and to see a way through.

Achievers do not see themselves as average.

What separates achievers is their perception of a difficult situation and their response to pushing through it successfully.

Find your inter strength to push through the pain to achieve your full potential.

Lou - Success rarely comes without a little pain, and more often it involves a great deal of pain and sacrifice.

So true.... I just ran into a client in the gym yesterday and he said he is just driving through the fog and putting on the headlights doing nothing but harm, but at some point that fog will lift.   Keep driving.

That was a good start to my day.......

Hi Lou - As a former coach I was privileged to have a number of athletes who strived to reach the next level of performance.  In order to do this they had to work to improve their skills and physical abilities through intelligent training.  In order to get to the next level you need to push yourself to your limits and even beyond.  The great ones always seemed to understand that and continued to work hard to reach the highest level possible.
