Good morning Kelly.  I just returned from Midyear in DC where I attended a learning forum with Pat Zaby.  He said that now is the time to buy!!!!!  Prices are down, with a great selection to choose from, record low interest rates, and TAX Credit!  He also said that we have reached the bottom, and things can only go up from here...Things are looking great!  HAPPY SELLING!

Kelly, Yes prices are down AND so are the rates which makes it a good time to buy. Rates going up 1% can make a property more expensive  EVEN WITH a price drop! Thanks for the market report.
