Advance Realty is proud to sponsor this free seminar on May 29 offered by Hobbs Herder. The seminar will be offered twice, once at 1:00 pm and again at 7:00 pm. The seminar lasts about an hour and is offered by Hobbs and Herder's own Barbara Oleski.

The seminar will be offered in Advance Realty's training room located at 8640 Ridgely's Choice Dr. in Perry Hall. Our training room is on the lower level of the Baltimore County Employee's Credit Union.

This is a free seminar and touches on some of the secrets of marketing used by some of the top agents across the country. You won't want to miss this one.

Hobbs and Herder will arrange for seminars just about anywhere. Perhaps the agent would be able to organize a session there. There really aren't any hand outs for this, it's more hands on.

Save your money. What Hobbs/Herder is best at is fleecing your money. They have good ideas but nothing that you couldn't find with researching the internet. They are experts at taking your money and not delivering what they promise. And they are very arrogant about the fact they will not refund your money. I am in the process of recovering my money in Small Claims court that Hobbs/Herder has been holding onto for over 3 1/2 years. I talked and wrote letters to them over these past years without luck in getting them to give me my money back for services NOT rendered. Save yourself the misery.
