I just completed a Staging consultation a few days ago and in my feedback to the 
Agent, we discussed a leopard painted wall that is in the entry.
I could hear a big sigh of relief on the other end of the phone when I told the agent that I would be suggesting that the wall be painted a solid, more neutral color. She said "Good, you can be the bad guy on this one!"
That's what stagers are here for!
Stagers know that as agents you need to maintain an ongoing good relationship with your Seller. Who knows, they may be buying their next home from you as well.
So, let's play Good Cop/Bad Cop. Stagers develop ways to gently nudge your Sellers into "painting a purple wall" or "packing their shrine to Elvis". So, agents, if you haven't established a relationship with a certified professional Stager ("Bad Cop"), do yourself a favor, make your life a little easier and arrange to meet them for a cup of coffee.
