Summerfest Is Coming, Summerfest Is Coming!!!

Next week Thursday, 6/25/09, marks the start of Summerfest 2009! For me, it represents the beginning of summer, and I can't wait! 11 days, 11 stages, over 700 bands!!! The largest musical festival in the world. How can you beat that?

My husband and I like to ride our Harley down to the grounds the first day to enjoy the free VIP Harley parking. We bring our 3+ non perishable can goods for a free entry pass at 12 noon and enjoy the food/drinks/music for a few hours before the crowds become too large. It is nice tradition and great way to kick off the festival!

We usually go down to Summerfest a few times each year, and this year will be no different. If you are in the area, come on down! Maybe I will see you there! Click HERE for a full list of musical events, promotions, ticket information, etc.
