Add Listing - When entering new listings, "Is this a Short Pay listing?" is now a required field. This change was based upon NAR's opinion that a short sale is a material fact that must be disclosed.

Also in Add Listing, per user request, "Energy Audit" is now an approved document on the Document Upload screen.

MySite - The "Dislikes" tab is now called "Not Interested", a more inclusive term. Also, a "Removed" section has been added to the Usage report, so you can find any listing that has been previously posted and removed by your client.

Contracts - Due to the slower market, the "Recent Client" section now includes clients from the past 90 days, instead of 30 days.

Updated Regional Snapshots are posted to the Sales Statistics screen.
