TIME IS RUNNING OUT.....for the 2009 Tax Credit Deadline

which ends November 30, 2009. This credit is available to first time homebuyers and/or people that have not owned a home in the last 3 years. *The federal credit is 10% of the purchase price up to $8,000.00 and the state credit is up to $1,800.00 or 1.2% of your purchase price.

That is a possible tax credit of $9,800.00 just for purchasing a home before the deadline! 100% financing is still available in many rural areas of Georgia including all of Butts, Pike, Lamar, Upson, Meriwether and some parts of Spalding and Henry counties. There is no better time than now to purchase your dream home.

Melissa - Thank you ma'am, we are in "hopes" to attract a "slew" of buyers. Hoping they will get off the fence and get that home purchased before the deadline. If not, maybe we can still keep a few for potential clients! There are 4 of us doing this in our office so we shall see how it turns out!

Wanda, The seminar is tomorrow night and just remember to "lift me up" since no one cares to be the speaker out of our group, guess who gets to speak...yours truly! I am TERRIFIED of group speaking however for some reason been kind of "at peace" about this one. As far as the "new look" I am so proud of it..took that leap of faith and spent a few $bucks$ for a "new look".
