Thanks, Maureen. "Cavernous" is right. Now imaging a HUGE open kitchen to the left of the great room (not pictured) and all the echos that would be heard before Staging.

And you CAN live there, Cathy, you could make it your SoCal compound for the whole family: for a mere $1.695M :P

Funny you mention the yellow, Michelle, because I hadn't really thought of it as the "pop" color until I was looking at the pictures. There is actually a lot of rusts too that just didn't translate well in the photos.

Thank you, Kimberly. I use several different accessory vendors for the larger projects such as this. Sometimes one vendor might not have what I need in stock, but the other will, and I get them at wholesale prices.

Aren't mirrors great, Beth? There are actually a few more in the house, just not pictured here. I also have my "Lucky Lady" painting in the great room ;)

The furniture, rugs, and arrangement gives these rooms a frame of reference for buyers, that wouldn't have a clue as to how to arrange thier furniture. It's all very warm, looking at the fireplace and also being able to take advantage of the outdoors.
