Your Lansing, MI real estate update. Well I hope everyone has enjoyed this slow beginning to winter because I think we may be just looking at the calm before the storm. I have attached the statistics for the Greater Lansing, MI /Tri County area below.
As you can see we have experienced considerable increases in sales prices for both Ingham and Eaton counties as compared to October 09 as well as November 08. Our total units sold were down as compared to October across the board but dramatically up when compared to 2008.
