HA! I'm laughing out loud.
This is just too much, like Lenn said it is laugh out loud funny.
Terry - can't fight the constitutionality of a bill that hasn't been passed. I am on the side of S.C. A.G. though.
Our governor here in Idaho is challenging the bill as well. He says he will fight it in court. Sorry Ben. You might not be able to deliver the loot to your constituents.
The Michigan AG is fighting this as well. This is the kind of "politics-as-usual" that needs to be snuffed-out in Congress.
Good Morning Terry!!
I say let the dogs out!!
Good to see you back creating havoc Terry!
What more can you ask for on a Monday!
Paul
I am in favor of the Healthcare Bill. If it is unconstitutional, then it should be challenged. Any one in favor of the bill should not be afraid of a challenge.
Last I heard or read, there were 13 state Attorney's General who were considering banding together to challenge the Nelson Nebraska money grab, vote sale.
So sorry, Mr. Nelson, reap what you sow.
What a freak! Thats like saying... OK.. Im gonna go rob the bank down the street but I don't want any of you acknowledging it ok?
;) but then again... I always say.. "EXPECT LESS"
Ben Bribery Nelson should be relieved if that's the only fallout he faces from his extortion.
Terry, There are other states who will get on the band wagon, at least I hope so. 3 states got to keep their Advantage program. Whey should other states have to give it up?
I hope they drag this through the courts long before any of it can be implemented. Maybe then Congress will sit down and come up with some real solutions without destroying our delivery system entirely.
