Zillow Local Traffic Numbers for December 2009

Once again, here are local traffic numbers for you.  Overall ttraffic was a little down in December to 7.4 million unique users, but that seasonal dip is normal for us.

That's a good question.  I don't think there is too much correlation between the two because I know there is actually very little audience overlap (haven't pulled the numbers recently, but I think it is in the 10% overlap ballpark).  There could be some similarities in trends, as we are both real estate sites and both subject to the seasonality of the business.
