What is wrong with "Avocado Geen" appliances?

Avocado Green" is such a lovely color. It is right up there with the perennial favorite "Harvest Gold!" Yes, there are still people who believe this 40 years after the trend departed popular culture!

The question for many home owners is "To improve or not?"

In Viera and Melbourne Florida, the question is often "To add a pool or not?" Something about living in Florida makes a pool a must have thing!

There are many improvements home owners make for the right reasons.

There are also some where they do it for the wrong reasons.

As for the pool issue, my response is always the same - put it in if you are going to use it and enjoy it. Otherwise, don't count on getting any return or added value when you sell.

There are some improvements that return most of the investment like bathrooms and kitchens. Here is a web site that allows you to compare return on investment for home improvements by locality.

Catchy title it drew me in to read your blog. We tell our clients the same about the pool.
