Consumers beware!!!!
Sometimes I ask myself, what would make someone gamble with their home? or their families home, If you go to a doctor, do you look for the cheapest one? you always get what you pay for, so why bargain? I understand that it's natural to look for a better deal out there, we all do it, but when you are dealing with the roof over your head, shouldn't you be a little more cautious. I wouldn't want to even see what some people have done to themselves, by going for what they believed to be the cheapest deal out there.
Don't gamble with such a large investment, there are so many reputable brokers out there, it's worth looking and you may hear straight talk, but that's what you want, not lies behind every word, if you want to be lied to, then keep looking for bargains, I hear they can get you a mortgage for 3% fixed forever and when you go to close it will be 13% not even close to fixed it sounds so stupid at times but that's just what it is, so as I said before don't gamble with your home...
I have never claimed to be the best writer in the world, but I do write with meaning, and I mean everything I write!! So if you find this post interesting great! if not I am sorry, all I can do is try.. maybe they will get better...
