Kathy Soltero interviews 2010 Annual Meeting sponsor Chris Crowe with Inspection Masters, who discusses how he helps realtors close the deal.
Kathy Soltero: Hi, I'm Kathy Soltero with Metro Brokers TV. We are at our 2010 Metro Brokers annual meeting and we're talking with some of our sponsors today. I have Chris Crowe from--an inspector--and Chris, tell me a little bit about your business.
Chris Crowe: I am a home inspector and I have been here for 10 years, so I do residential and commercial inspections. I love what I do. I love to be a part of the whole process, especially like young couples buying their first home. This is fantastic, and what I can do for Metro Brokers is, I can get the deal closed. You know, you always find, you always find issues, but it's how you present the information. One realtor is like, this is the problem, this is the fix, or somebody could fix it--I just try to make it seamless and try to keep the deal together and, but I'm thorough too, so you know you dont have to worry about the liability.
