Sharon and I would be glad to fly over and Stage it so that it will sell quickly ;). Be sure to tell them we can make it look like a home instead of a hotel LOL.
Debra-What an mammoth place. That would be a sweet commission check for this. <SMILE>
Debra, tell Bruce, comment #2 that the monthly payment would be $939,437.84...principal and interest only for 30 years at 5%. Sounds manageable to me.
Wouldn't that be a REAL Active Rain story if YOU found the buyer from blogging about it!? (but you're not licensed in London, darn! . . . maybe refer it out! LOL) What a place, indeed!
This English country home in Updown Court, Windelsham, England would certainly satisfy my domestic pursuits. And it would be so much more convenient when visiting family around London.
Lynn-Thanks for stopping by!
Bruce-Look at Nick's comment below. Think you can swing that? LOL
Craig-Shoot I would loooove to collect that commission. At one a year I could retired in 10. LOL
Wallace-Wow that is some house too!
Ann-OMG you are sooo right! LOL
Sharon-Why I think you are right! Shall we present that proposition together? LOL
Carole-The homes in Cape Cod are kind of like this too. Amazing isn't it?
Janice-I think we can convince them-then we can raise the price!
Sharon-Imagine that check!!
Nick-Me too! Craig wants 2 of these! LOL
Carla-Imagine that? They would have to let me stay there at least one night before closing!
Maria-oooo You have the right idea!
Rebecca-Yes what a place!
Ann-Yeah-cut that out! LOL
Nick-Probably with all the houses he sells!
Georgina-Wow you must have a maid!
Hello Debra - What an amazing home. I don't have a chance of selling it or referring it but I sure would like the chance to inspect it!
