It's a cool sunny typical Hawaiian day and I stroll down to the building in my complex that Mr. "W" (The Faithful and Loyal Client) is currently in contract for. He scheduled his final walk through for this Sunday morning at 10am after he was finished with church. He also mentioned that he wanted to take more measurements because we are really close to recording.
I showed Mr. "W" the last couple of blogs I told him I had written regarding his transaction. I let him know how everyone thought this was so great because we had actually been loyal to each other for 2.5 years in search for his 'dream home'. Mr. "W" pipes up and says, "Sally, it's been more like over three years". We counted back the time and sure enough. It's been three years! I then ask if I can take his picture and write the last couple of entries (this one and when it closes) to introduce him and he says, "Sure!" so I have him sign the authorization form.
Allow me to introduce Mr. "W". He IS my Faithful and Loyal Client. (*all previous stories have links below). He's giving you all the "shaka" sign too!
These are the final steps of this transaction for Arden:
-
Clear Termite Inspection Report came in this past Friday
-
Preliminary Title Report corrected and correct address is showing
-
Client has already scheduled mover's for the day after recording (31st)
-
Mr. "W" signed off on the final wak through this morning.
-
We will get the estimated HUD on Tuesday so we can go over and my client can wire the funds to escrow (balance of down payment)
-
LO told me yesterday that they are going to docs already (all contingencies and conditions satisfied) and will be ready for signing on Wednesday @ 11am (Meeting at escrow)
Remember, the majority of my transactions do not stop at the end of the transaction. Yup! I'm one of those clients that developes a "little" personal relationship with client's as well. These are the kinds of transactions I treasure and feel the most rewarded at the end when it's all said and done. I gained a client a long time ago when I first met him and it blossomed into a client/friend relationship for a lifetime.
I will continue to repeat "MY LEGACY IS ALL ABOUT THE QUALITY OF RELATIONSHIPS I HAVE WITH OTHERS And..... Without that quality, tell me.....what is a Professional worth?" Oh, and if you didn't know about the contest.....Content Contest for Positive Attitude for the Weary Soul Group: The Legacy
