Martinez, California Real Estate- Martinez Real Estate Market Update For February 2010

The Martinez, California Real Estate Market remained very steady in February 2010. A total of 25 homes sold in February, two more than in January 2010. However, the most interesting statistic, is that (once again) the average selling price was 100% of asking price. 2% higher compared to January 2010 numbers.

Homes that were sold in Martinez, California had an average listing (asking) price of $355,358 and the average selling price was $355,310. The number of days on market increased in February to 62 days. However, there were 3 properties that skewed the numbers. Removing those 3 would have reduced the days on market to 41. Nearly equal to January 2010

Thanks Vickie. It's interesting to see the stats as I write them. Thinking the market may be one way and finding out it's completely opposite of what we perceive the market to be.
