There are Still Foreclosures coming onto the market in the Southern California Area – it is no wonder with all of the holds that have taken place after TARP was approved. A steady stream but no where, as of yet, like 2008 and 2009.
Foreclosures, Bank Owned, REO, Real Estate Owned, Flip’s are all properties that have gone through the Foreclosure process.
I have posted all of the properties that are on the market, current for sale, in Southern California that are Active Foreclosures.
This systems obtains it’s data directly from the Source, the CARETS system, that is fed by the many local Boards of Realtors. So there will be nothing missing from the Google Map you see below.
HOW TO USE THE MAP:
Double click with your left mouse button to zoom in closer – Click on a Balloon to see more detailed information about the property you choose – Double click right to zoom back out. You can also modify the search to fit more specific criteria. i.e. Changing the bedrooms and bathrooms by utilizing the fields in the top part of the map. You can also limit the map to reflect only certain price ranges, square footages and bathrooms.
When you Zoom In – you will see many more Foreclosure properties for sale. You can also move the map around by holding down the left mouse button, essentially grabbing the map, then moving your mouse to move the map. Releasing the button and repeating to move the map more.
With all of the “REGISTRATION” required to Search for Real Estate Listings – I think this is definitely a plus for those just wanting to Browse Real Estate. FYI – Registration is sometimes required if you are wanting to have listings that fit your criteria emailed to you at the moment they hit the Real Estate Market for Sale. But isn’t it nice to have that option?
