This past Saturday we visited the annual Manassas VA Railway Festival. Held in Historic Old Manassas it celebrates the role the city played in the economic development of the National Capital Area beginning in the early 19th century. Of course, the rail line through Manassas was vital to both Union and Confederate forces during the Civil War.
Since this was our first visit we looked forward to the massive model railroad displays. I'm sure you can imagine our surprise to find that three of the five displays were made entirely of LEGO® pieces including the trains. Only the track rails were made with materials you would expect at a model railroad display. Are LEGO® built homes just over the horizon?
